James has recently graduated from Galway University with a bachelor in joint arts in History and Law.

He is working as a paralegal with Noble Shipping Law whilst studying for his FE1’s.

James is actively involved in the practice in assisting in personal injury cases in the fishing sector and assisting in complex High Court Litigation and arbitration proceedings in relation to maritime survey disputes.  He has assisted in the preparation of mediation papers for IRB claims and has attended a number of marine casualty investigations.
