  • Acting for Irish survey company in relation to ongoing ICC Arbitration following termination of geophysical contract and related High Court proceedings in Ireland.
  • Acting for Irish marine survey company on acquisition of survey vessels, drafting of geophysical and geotechnical contracts, advising on environmental issues in respect of tenders for surveys, drafting of exclusivity agreements and drafting of supply vessel charterparties.
  • Advising Irish fishing vessel owner in respect of interruption to business arising from Greenlink Connector project.
  • Acting for Irish survey company in relation to LMAA arbitration in relation to dispute under supply charterparty and damage to survey equipment.
  • Acting for Irish survey company in relation to negotiation of sub-contract geophysical survey work and disputes arising thereunder.
  • Acting for Irish fishing vessel owner in respect of High Court Proceedings following damage to subsea cable.
